• To request reviews after completed work (optional, can opt out)

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or marketers.

3. SMS terms & opt-in

By submitting a contact form on our site, or by providing your phone number to our AI assistant Ava, you consent to receive SMS messages from Iron Lion A.V.related to your inquiry. This includes:

• An immediate confirmation that we received your request
• Appointment reminders and schedule changes
• Follow-up questions about your project
• A one-time review request after a completed installation

Message frequency: varies by engagement, typically 1–5 messages per project cycle.
Message and data rates: standard carrier rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You can also contact us at (818) 825-4842 to be removed.
Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly.

SMS messages are sent via Twilio, our messaging provider. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely to deliver messages and is not used for any other purpose.

4. Email communications

If you provide your email, we may send you consultation confirmations, appointment details, and follow-up related to your inquiry. We use Resend to deliver email. We do not send promotional newsletters or marketing blasts. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying with "unsubscribe" or contacting us directly.

5. AI chat assistant

Our website includes an AI chat assistant ("Ava") that helps answer questions and route inquiries. Conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude language model to generate responses. Chat transcripts are stored by Iron Lion A.V. for up to 90 days to improve service quality and for lead follow-up. Anthropic does not retain your messages for training beyond providing the immediate response.

6. Third-party services we use

We rely on reputable providers to operate the site. Each handles your data only as needed:

• Vercel: web hosting and analytics
• Upstash: secure storage of lead records and chat transcripts
• Anthropic: AI chat assistant processing
• Twilio: SMS delivery
• Resend: email delivery
• Cal.com: appointment scheduling (only if you use the booking feature)
• Google: reviews, business profile, and basic search analytics

7. Data retention

• Lead records: kept indefinitely for ongoing service relationships; deleted on request
• Chat transcripts: 90 days, then automatically deleted
• SMS logs: kept by Twilio per their retention policy, typically 13 months

8. Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Request a copy of information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion
• Opt out of SMS (reply STOP) or email (reply unsubscribe)
• Ask us to stop processing your data

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to lead data is limited to Iron Lion A.V. staff handling your project. We review and update our security practices regularly.

10. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is privacy-first and does not set cookies or collect personally identifiable information. If you're signed into Google while visiting, Google may recognize you: that's outside our control.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date at the top of the page. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
