Every Lion-Link benefit is part of Prime: remote troubleshooting, diagnostics, proactive monitoring, optimization, firmware updates, performance tests, and scheduled reboots.
Priority response time
Same-day responses via Lion-Link when applicable. In-person assistance within 24 to 48 hours when the issue requires it.
Service loaners for critical infrastructure
Loaner equipment during warranty replacement or backorder for networking devices (routers, Ethernet switches, access points) and CCTV systems (NVRs and DVRs) installed by Iron Lion. Keeps the system running while waiting on the permanent replacement.
Quarterly maintenance
Maintenance checks every quarter to keep the system performing and extend its working life.
Equipment cleaning
Physical cleaning of installed equipment to maintain efficiency and functionality.
Cable integrity checks
Verification that HDMI, Ethernet, and other cabling are in good condition and meet current HDCP standards. Prevents the silent connection issues that bottleneck performance.
Functionality testing
Full system test to confirm every component is working and meeting performance expectations.

Lifetime labor warranty
All labor on Iron Lion installations is covered for the life of the membership. Covers issues directly related to the original installation; does not extend to damage from external factors, actions by others, natural events, or acts of God.
